Description

This slip on Palm Beach Scoop-Front Garter Skirt will leave you wanting to slip it right off. The short, front hemline scoops to show off her legs and the back shows off her back side. The double layers of ruffles come to a rise in the back where they are met by a satin bow. Satin bows with heart embellishments adorn the front above the garters.
